The Concerto nel Bosco – the Concert in the Woods – has reached its 19th edition.
The famous Orchestra della Toscana is coming back to play for you, this year accompanied by Alessandro Riccio, in the lovely green ambiance of the Poggio del Giudeo.
A performance lying somewhere between classical music and drama, between the serious and the sacrilegious, between excitement and enjoyment. The actor, Alessandro Riccio, will interpret the characters of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s “Don Giovanni” together with the opera’s most famous arias played by the Tuscan Orchestra’s string and wind instruments.
Music by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, arranged for ten musical instruments by Francesco Oliveto, and the show created and written by Alessandro Riccio.
