DESCRIPTION:On Friday\, February 27\, 2026\, at 8.30 PM\, at Teatro Manzoni\, an evening that blends ancient and contemporary languages in a dialogue between tradition and invention. Cellist and composer Giovanni Sollima will lead the Baroque ensemble Il Pomo d’Oro\, joined by violinist Federico Guglielmo\, on a musical journey across cultures\, eras\, and styles. \nThe program takes its title from Al Bunduqiyya – The Lost Concerto\, a project centered on a visionary reconstruction of Vivaldi’s lost Concerto RV 787\, reimagined by Sollima starting from the surviving viola part. \nThe concert alternates Baroque works by Tartini and Vivaldi with reworkings of traditional Cypriot and Arbëreshë music\, arranged by Sollima himself.
